Hello, we are Jeff & Tarah, owners & operators of Off the Grid Pizza!
We moved from Arizona to Boise almost 5 years ago, but we’ve been visiting the area for over 15 years.
We always knew this was where we wanted to raise our family. But we never really envisioned we’d be running
a pizza trailer. Jeff got this crazy idea one day that we should start a food truck. So with lots of research, one week
in San Francisco at pizza school, many hours with the trailer builder and lots of taste testing, here we are over 3
years into the Food Truck business.
Our goal was to have a job that would allow us to do what we love, spending time with our family and
getting “Off the Grid” as much as possible & also eating pizza, lots of pizza!
We hope to inspire others to Get outside & Off the Grid as well.
